We are still receiving rave reviews for our babka roses, so they're on the bake list for another week. The poppy-seed filled sweet treats are joined this week by a special that is our first loaf baked using spelt flour.
Our Babka Roses it is fair to say went down a storm last week. The sticky stuffed-with-poppy-seeds treats vanished very very quickly.
We're adding a touch of the Middle East for this week's special. All of our buns have proved very popular, so we are delighted to add some poppy seed punch to our bake this week.

Early feedback suggests our Fruit Loaf (pictured) went down an absolute storm, so we've taken the same mix and put it into teacakes - all the taste of the loaf and all the flexibility of a bun!
